LET IT FLOW

Barley Malt & Beta-Glucan Formula for Milk Supply Support

$ 34.99 USD

Product details

Formulated to support breastfeeding mothers who are:

  • Looking to support and maintain milk supply
  • Navigating the early weeks of establishing breastfeeding
  • In the case of insufficient weight gain in the child due to an insufficient milk supply

LET IT FLOW is a natural daily blend built around barley malt — a trusted, well-studied ingredient for supporting milk supply. It's briefly malted to preserve its key nutrients, a process that increases the bioavailability of its natural proteins and carbohydrates, so your body can absorb and use them more efficiently. The formula is rounded out with beta-glucan, flaxseed, and calming lemon balm, working together to support milk supply, a calmer nervous system, and sustained energy.

2. Results of the Randomized, Placebo-Controlled Clinical Trial

80 mothers completed the study (117 enrolled, double-blind, placebo-controlled)

1,700 mL more milk — that's 3 more meals a day

43% increased amount of expressed milk during the study (placebo 3,973 mL → formula 5,698 mL)

34% more milk pumped the day before the 3rd check-up visit (placebo 481 mL → formula 598 mL)

24% more expressed milk at the 3rd check-up visit (placebo 78 mL → formula 105 mL)

No adverse effects were reported in the group receiving the formula.

How to take it

  1. Take 1–2 sachets daily, 30–60 minutes before your planned nursing or pumping session — this timing matches how the formula was administered in the clinical trial.
  2. Dissolve one sachet in 150 mL (5 oz) of warm or cold milk, plant-based milk, water, or yogurt. Stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Drink completely, then nurse or pump as usual.
  4. May be started on day 3 postpartum, unless your healthcare practitioner advises otherwise.
  5. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Store in a dry place at room temperature.

Consult your practitioner or lactation consultant if you are:

  • Recovering from birth complications
  • Taking medication or managing a medical condition
  • Experiencing concerns with milk supply or infant feeding
