Ingredients

Per daily dose (5-day intensive course, 3 × 2 capsules):

Zinc (as zinc bisglycinate): 10 mg

Oil-Free Rapeseed Lecithin Powder: 2,400 mg

Phosphatidylcholine (PC): 606 mg

Phosphatidylethanolamine (PE): 370 mg

Phosphatidylinositol (PI): 324 mg

Bromelain (from Ananas comosus): 2,500 GDU

What’s inside — and why:

  • Zinc (as bisglycinate) — supports tissue healing, cellular nourishment, and postnatal immune balance.
  • Oil-Free Rapeseed Lecithin Powder — a rich source of phospholipids (PC, PE, PI) that help maintain the structure and fluidity of breast tissue, encouraging gentle milk release.
  • Bromelain (from pineapple stem) — an anti-inflammatory enzyme that gently supports tissue fluidity, encourages lymphatic circulation, and helps ease local swelling or discomfort.

Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (vegetable capsule), magnesium salts of fatty acids (anti-caking agent), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).

Free from: gluten, dairy, artificial preservatives, artificial colors or flavors, added sugar, binders, and common allergens.

The science behind it

  1. When milk ducts get blocked or stagnant, certain bacteria can take hold.1
  2. In lab studies, bromelain slowed the growth of those same bacteria — cutting Staphylococcus aureus biofilm mass by up to 98% (a lab finding, not a study on breast tissue).2
  3. Lecithin helps thin the milk, so it flows more easily.3
  4. Rapeseed lecithin is gentler than soy — richer in good fats, lower in saturated fat.4
  5. The Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine recommends lecithin for recurring blocked ducts.5

How to take it

For breastfeeding women:

For milk stasis, breast swelling, breast tenderness, and a feeling of warmth and hardness in the breast:

3 × 2 capsules daily with meals, for 5 days.

To support milk flow — for mothers who pump or breastfeed:

2 capsules daily, for 15 days.

  1. For best results, begin at the first signs of breast fullness, tension, or slowing milk flow.
  2. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount for your chosen course.
  3. Store in a dry place at room temperature.

A Note of Care:

  • Not intended for use during pregnancy.
  • Consult your healthcare provider before use if you are managing a medical condition, taking medication, or have concerns about use during breastfeeding.
